Manual 1993 Mazda B3000 with a V6 Engine, 3.0L, and 6 Cylinder

My husband and I have a manual 1993 Mazda B3000 truck with a V6 engine, 3.0L, and a 6 cylinder. It is a 2 WD with a 5 speed manual transmission. We need help trying to find the cause of the problem. It will crank just fine, but it will not go forward or into reverse, even after he attempted to bleed the clutch, and refilled DOT 3 break fluid but he had to refill it a second time because it was empty after he filled it prior before.. And his clutch pedal came out of the cylinder. What is going on with our truck?
