UC Berkeley, UCI or UCSD

For ref, im an international student. I heard that cost living in bay area is quite expensive, and yes my family is willing to pay for my tuition but we hope to lower the cost but choose the best option as possible. I applied as undeclared but im thinking of going into econ or health sci!! Any thoughts or comments would be much appreciated🥹!!
