How is the moderation in this game?

Been seeing clips and am interested in the game but have seen a disturbing amount of reviews or mentions or the moderation team being very corrupt and abusive. Don't want to invest my time into this game if suddenly some mod/dev/staff member is going on a power trip and just ruins everyone's account or randomly bans people for the fun of it.

What has your experience been with the staff if any at all?
