Does anyone have any tips for Silent?

Ok so I've been trying Silent after playing only Regent for weeks and getting him to ascension 4. problem is: I can't seem to be able to win a single run with her, not even ascension 0. I've gotten to the final boss twice but it killed me both times, one time it killed me even though I had a fairy bottle AND a lizard tail.

Is there any builds you guys can recommend? I genuinely feel like I'm not getting something about her, like some card synergy or something.
