Posing a question for people who wear women's shoes

So I'm taking a summer vacation with a new boyfriend. I'm talking new, new. We are expected to go to a few high-end places for romantic dinners. I always wear closed toe heels (like ankle boots), but it's sort of out of season.

What do we do? Summer is obviously the worst with hyperhidrosis. pairing that with no socks. I will slip right out of my shoes.
