[Massachusetts] Can I truthfully sign an affidavit stating that I have never been a perpetrator of child abuse or neglect?

Location: Massachusetts

I was in an abusive relationship that culminated in my ex attacking me while I was holding my child. When I filed a police report DCF was notified and opened a 51a. The findings were supported and my son and I had an open case for 3 months upon which DCF closed it cause I had left my ex.

It looks like none of the findings were actually against me. Can someone please have a look at this and double check that I can truthfully sign an affidavit stating that I’ve never been a perpetrator of child abuse or neglect?

Just wanted a second pair of eyes before I submit some licensing documentation.

Only other document I have is the letter I received from DCF stating that the case was closed three months later.
