According to the NYTimes, this is Iran's 10-point plan for ending the war :

• A formal commitment that Iran will not be attacked again.
• Demanding a permanent end to hostilities rather than a temporary pause.
• Reopening the Strait of Hormuz under a coordinated protocol for safe and secure navigation.
• Iran proposes a $2 million fee per ship transiting the Strait of Hormuz, with the revenue potentially shared with Oman.
• Using the aforementioned transit fees specifically for rebuilding war-damaged infrastructure.
• The lifting of all U.S. primary and secondary sanctions.
• Acceptance of Iran's right to uranium enrichment and the termination of IAEA and UN Security Council resolutions.
• The release of all frozen Iranian assets held abroad.
• The removal of U.S. combat forces from all bases and deployment points in the region.
• Ending all regional conflicts, including Israeli strikes in Lebanon against the "Resistance Axis".
