chances of getting moe teaching scholarship

for context:

- im super passionate about teaching

- im aware my gpa is not good: 3.26

- i have been tutoring for 3 years now

- i’m from poly pursuing a dip in hr

im in my final years. pls dont be too harsh on me, i understand my results and where i am in now is not a high chance. i just want to hear success stories from other poly and what was your gpa :) thnk you in advance ~
