My seedlock opponent did not play Tamsin after completing quest even though they had the mana. Punished next turn.

They knew I had Tick and Tock in hand, I finished it earlier. But they had too many threatening minions on board that I had to address, so I never had the mana to play it. Until my opponent decided to complete their quest but not play Tamsin.
