Is there a class action against Turbo Tax for forceful addition of the "Expert Assistance"

I’m certain I’m not the only person TurboTax forced this service upon, even after I declined it at the start. This is the last time I will ever use their software; this behavior cannot go unchallenged. It’s incredibly sleazy.
