RJ45 pass through connectors

Hi all!

I’m having a really hard time terminating the Ubiquity Cat 6a CMR cable. Regular connectors were too small for the conductors so I bought the true cable Cat6a extra large pass through but still struggling to get all the conductors in.

Has anyone had luck with another connector that easily works?
