Can a trans people be stealth and be transphobic in front of another trans people?

Suppose you are going into a bathroom corresponding with your gender. Suddenly a staff stopped you and insisted you to use the bathroom at AGAB and called the supervisor. They repeatedly misgendered you during the interaction and became abusive when the access is eventually granted. Later turns out that staff member is trans and stealth.

Have you ever met these kind of people (or similar)?
