Need advice from the professionals who are into employment or practice. Or those who are doing in the below phase

1.I can see many peeole going to firm for their articleship.

why there is one one to tell about the opportunities available at the employment.

2.I need both exposure. I thought of splitting the articleship into two phase (Company + Firm). But how will it suits best.

3.Many are saying you will be incomplete in both phase, if you go to company then do your 21 months there or in firm 21 months.

4.If I go to firm then I can't restart my employment with again with 5lpa or 6 lpa. ( Yes of course there are opportunities once we complete the articleship in the firm. Even I know some people they are in good pay at their initial stage. But not many)

6.And there are many who wants to start their articleship at company but due to this large crowd going to firm they are also changing their mind to firm.

Any other points to keep in mind? Kindly suggest or advice on the above points. I am totally confused.
