Where can I get a custom women’s leather jacket and a recycled silk coat made?

I’m having my wedding dress made in Hanoi. I’ll be collecting it before my journey back to Ho Chi Minh.

I would like a leather jacket made. I’m a difficult shape to easily buy regular clothes and want a fashion leather jacket made in a yellow biker/motor style (just fashion I’m not riding in it).

I also have wedding kimonos that I’m no longer using. They’re big with beautiful embroidery silk fabric. I was hoping to have them made into a coat I can wear instead if there’s a drop in temperature at the ceremony.

Also wandering if I can find someone to paint some lettering on the back of my jacket.

I’m being told better to go to Hoi An but I’m not sure I have time to go there too.

Where in Hanoi (or HCMC) can I go for such a place that caters to women?
