What rights do we have as teachers?

Texas / elementary

Let's say a student (all one episode):

-threatens to kill you and other students

-lunges at students causing a classroom evacuation

-hits you (the teacher) as you prevent them from hurting classmates

Should they be allowed back in my classroom hours later? The next day? Am I allowed to refuse the next time it happens?

I'm not trying to break FERPA, so please try to imagine what kind of support a student like this probably gets.
