Cash taken from my Account

I have been contacting support for 2 days trying to get help, yet I’ve heard nothing back. I deposited 100 dollars Sunday night, played with it, won some bets, and planned on taking my original 100 dollar deposit back out and just playing with winnings. Yesterday, I log in and see my $100 was taken from my account. I checked my history, and my deposit that originally obviously worked because I got the cash, had been marked as a declined deposit. This confuses me because I have more than enough in my bank account. I have also not received a refund, so I have no idea where my $100 is. Trying

to get some help but apparently emailing multiple times can’t get you a response.
