UPS delivery guy asking me to pay him with checks for customs and tariffs on samples is next level robbery.

I had a horrible encounter with UPS driver (delivery guy) asking me to pay over $50 on a parcel packaging delivered from Taiwan. When I politely asked why do I have to pay fee, all I got as an answer is that, he doesn’t know. He is just doing his job! This is so insulting and unprofessional. How can I pay such a big fee without knowing what this fee is for. What a horrible customef service! Never want to do any business with UPS
