Patellofemoral Arthritis

I had a displaced comminuted patella, February 2025. February 2026 I had all the hardware removed and I had my meniscus fixed. Both ends were torn one year later I find out now I have. Patellofemoral Arthritis this is very painful. Do I see a rheumatologist or should I keep going to my ortho? Who Tells me to take Tylenol arthritis for pain I need more than that
