What is this Upper right quadrant "spasming"

Male, 28, 347lbs, on guanfacine 1mg ER, Lamictal 25mg (recently decreased), lisinopril/HCTZ 10/12.5 mg, propica 1mg, Allegra, and Symbicort. Recently had to take Naproxen 500mg and Cyclobenzaprine 10mg about 2 days ago for moderate lower back pain and flank pain, which is now gone.

Recent been reducing my diet alot, like protein shakes, soup, and frozen veggies and then the past few days I haven't eaten so well. Mild acid reflux from that and some mild nausea, feel kinda tired and out of it almost like derealization. But now Im having this weird spasm?? Movement? Gurgling? Bubble? Shake? Idk how to put it in upper right quadrant, no pain, seems to be right over where the liver would be? Ive never had this before but its been on and off every few hours for two days and was going crazy when I was eating, like 5 times in 2 hours.

What the hell is this?? The internet is no help about it.
