9mg-Frustrated/ Rant

Anyone else extremely frustrated with their results? I’ve now been on 9mg for 8 days now. Feels like I’m still on 4mg. I noticed no real difference in the increase in dose which was really upsetting because I was hoping that I would experience more appetite suppression at the higher dose. I’ve only lost like 6 pounds and I’ve been on it since Jan. 31st. Starting to feel like a failure. I was really hopeful when starting this medication that I would see the impressive results like the ones I see online-but it seems a lot of the people that post super positive experiences/ impressive results tend to be hyper-responders. I have been tracking everything I eat and meeting protein and exercise goals. I guess I need to decrease my calories and increase exercise but I wish the medication was helping more. I notice some decrease in food noise and I haven’t binged since being on the pill-I just wish it was easier to resist cravings and stay full for longer. I have been waiting between 30 mins to 2 hours each morning between taking the wegovy pill and my omeprazole and I’m wondering if this might affect the wegovy effectiveness. Wondering if I should shell out the money to try zepbound or possibly looking into grey market for reta :/
