I can't find a job and I don't know what to do
As title says, I haven't been able to find full-time work in over a year of constant applying. The job I have currently has been cutting my hours for some time now, and it's gotten as low as 6 hours given for some weeks recently. I know I'm qualified, I graduated from a top uni in my state with straight A's, with multiple internships including a congressional internship, and I can't find anything. I've done hundreds upon hundreds of applications at this point with 50+ interviews and it seems I make it to the last round and get picked over at the very last stage. I just got rejected from a dream job after 2.5 months of interviewing, take home assignment, and my references being checked.
I live with my partner in an apartment but we're both former foster youth with not a lot of family to fall back on and her job has been cutting her hours as well. My dad passed away a few years ago, my grandmother passed away a year ago, and my mom is homeless whom I haven't talked to in a long time. My sister lives in a section 8 apartment that she's offered to let us stay for a few months but she'll be living out of the country by August. I've tried reaching back out to old internships, professors, directly to recruiters on LinkedIn but I can't seem to secure anything. I'm now 10k in debt from having 30k in savings a little over a year ago, and I don't think I can pay rent next month.
This is all compounded by me having narcolepsy, while controlled with sodium oxybates, costing me an arm and a leg by having to pay for insurance through the marketplace which has doubled since ACA credits were removed. Everything feels like it's closing in. I feel worthless, I was once a candidate for top international scholarships and now I'm getting denied from even Walgreens. I haven't had a single acceptance in anything post-college. I'm grateful I at least own my car but I've lived in it before and I don't want to go back.
