[TOMT][MOVIE/SHOW][2000’s/2010’s] movie where a kid almost gets leg cut off?

I remember being at my grandma’s house when I was young, probably around 2011-2014, and she was watching a movie/show on directv. The scene I remember is of a kid in a barn? With some creepy psycho chained up man, who describes what it would be like to cut his (the kids) leg off. Kid freaks out, and I remember his mom (or some other woman) calling for him frantically. At that point either I was too scared and stopped watching or my grandma turned it off, because I don’t remember anything else.

If anyone knows what I’m thinking of that would be awesome, I’ve been searching for it for years but never found it. Even better if someone could link a clip to the scene I’m describing.
