Song from the 80’s I can’t find :(

The song is mainly upbeat, fast, and uses a lot of electronic instruments it definitely sounds like it‘s from the 80’s/ maybe early 90s the main repeated lyric is “I feel so lonely lonely lonelyyy” with a repeated word/phrase the man (british/new wave sounding) sings before that line, I couldn’t make it out what he was saying.
