Potato cart

Looking for very simple ideas on a very basic baked potato cart.

Ideally even a propane powered oven to bake the potatoes on site on the cart.

Not looking to dump 10s of thousands into a truck or trailer conversion.

Just want to sling baked sweet/normal potatoes with classic toppings.
