I have a severe porn addiction.

I'm 18(M) and autistic, and I have had a severe porn addiction since I was 14-15. I've been masturbating almost every day for 1-2 years. One part of me says its not that bad, but another part says I should seek help. I have a councilor that I've been going to for years but I don't want to tell him because he feels more like a close friend and my brain tells me that he'll ridicule me for it. I know that he won't but I have a fear that it'll happen. The disappointment in myself has been eating away at me causing me stress, and the stress has been causing me to get into more arguments with my parents. I just don't know what to do.
