Broken/Distorted Dbd Audio? Looking for fix

So for the past few months since I installed dbd on a new pc Every time I've opened the game There would be Random High pitch audio distortion, I've gone through plenty of Youtube guide fixes but none of them have been able to help me out- I was so frustrated by it I uninstalled apps drivers and even went so far as to factory reset my pc and updated to windows 11 But as soon as I opened up dbd on a fresh new reset The audio issue is still there? I've wondered if its my sony bluetooth headphones but i never use the Bluetooth on my pc and I've had the game distortion come out of my speakers as well.

I've verified the game files multiple times uninstalled and reinstalled and reset audio drivers and reinstalled fresh drivers for all the parts in my pc that i can think of but Nothing solves the problem? Apparently it all comes from the dbd game itself according to the volume mixer? Maybe its a motherboard issue? I cannot tell but If anyone knows any potential fixes please feel free to share

I left a recent clip of it distorting right before it cuts my game audio as well as a google drive below with more clips of the distortion while on call with friends.
