Record Player Repair?

I have an old 8-track turntable combo.... and the record player is being glitchy af.

Who's the go-to now?

The 8-track player is working fine. The record player also works, but it takes a lot of manual coercion to get going...

I tried to have the 8-track repaired here once upon a time and got kinda ripped off (wasn't a legit repair/legit part, ended up taking it to an actual 8-track repair person in Texas a few months later).

(that awkward feeling when your 8 tracks play better than your records is... weird.)
