CC -> Harvard?

I’m a high school senior, and didn’t do the best in highschool. I don’t have a lot of extracurriculars, but I do have a leadership role as a manager. I’ll be attending community college this fall.

I really want to transfer to Harvard someday, and I’m willing to do whatever it takes to improve my chances.

Is there anything I can realistically do from this point to make that possible? Any advice would help.
