Time hopping/time traveling (never done this before)

TLDR; I messed up with demolishing/building a bride and sold land for a new villager but can’t find a villager. Tom Nook already autofilled one plot for me two days ago. If I time hop/travel to Friday to get my bridge built and figure out who is the new villager and jump back to today, will the bridge and villager still be on my island? Will it mess anything up?

1. I demolished a bridge before building a new one and my villagers from across the river won’t be able to come to the other sides of the island for two days (bridge being destroyed tomorrow and new bridge will be ready Friday).

2. I sold a plot of land and I just went to three different islands using my NMTs and couldn’t find a villager. Last time this happened, Tom Nook stole a villager from my friend’s island.

I’ve never time hopped/traveled in a game before and I’m scared that when I jump back to today that everything will be gone from what I did on the day I jumped ahead to. Will my new bridge be there and will the new villager be there when I jump back?
