Superasisstant Preference Survey

I am near the end of this survey, I believe. I am getting an error in red at the bottom of the survey that states: "An error occurred: Block timing not found or not started" Has anyone else run in to this problem. I have messaged the researcher, but I have not heard back yet. I don't want to give up the survey, as I am almost all the way through it and have been working on it for 20 minutes now. What to do? Tia......
