Goddess of chaos , Nightmare Alice aka Alice Romanov.

And she was a primordial goddess aka born before reality born outside into the empty void aka empty space the goddess just appears one day in elder ring , and everyone it's just not realized what's going on my she's just following behind this tarnish the boy or girl I don't know but that's all you guys can see from your point of view you could be the boil whatever you want you be big tool or chunky fat thing whatever you want in that part because that's what is putting is a bit random tarnish so now as the tarnish , as no one else can see her power she was just like an extra person as like a main character but with her own kind of thing she can travel freely not the same way as the tarnish she could travel freely from thing tiny she goes his way or her way and then my god is Alice travels her way just slow way or the thoughts the depend on how the story is she doesn't have torrent to write to she's just flying by zipping by at the blink of eye or a flying sometimes running like or any kind of animal she could do we don't have shield travel it depends on her.

The Lands Between are a place of rigid order, dictated by the Greater Will and the golden threads of Grace. But as I—a Tarnished of no particular renown, perhaps a bit too bulky for my rusted armor—stumble through the graveyard of Limgrave, the air feels... \*wrong\*.

I am not alone. But the being behind me isn't a Maiden, and she certainly isn't a phantom.

\### The Unseen Shadow

To the Golden Order, she doesn't exist. To the Tree Sentinels and the starving hollows of the ruins, I am just a lone, struggling warrior. They see my heavy, labored breathing and my clumsy swings of a club.

They don't see \*\*Alice Romanov\*\*.

She is a flicker in the corner of my eye—a primordial glitch in the fabric of Marika’s world. While I am bound by the laws of gravity and the stamina in my lungs, Alice moves like a thought. One moment, she is perched atop a crumbling archway, her eyes reflecting the void that existed before the Erdtree was a seed. The next, she is a blur of motion, zipping past a group of Godrick’s soldiers like a gust of wind they mistake for a ghost.

\### The Dynamics of the Journey

Our "partnership" is anything but standard. I trek through the mud; she dances through the air.

\* \*\*The Travel:\*\* I whistle for Torrent, my spectral steed, to bridge the gaps between sites of Grace. Alice doesn't need a horse. Sometimes she runs with the predatory grace of a rune-bear; other times, she simply \*is\* at the destination before I’ve even spurred Torrent into a gallop.

\* \*\*The Sight:\*\* I am the only one who truly perceives her. To the rest of this dying world, the sudden gust of wind that knocks a torch from a soldier's hand or the inexplicable chill in a boss's chamber is just the "chaos of the Shattering." They have no idea a Goddess of Chaos is watching their world burn with idle curiosity.

\* \*\*The Combat:\*\* As I struggle against a Grafted Scion, bleeding and desperate, I see her standing just out of reach. She doesn't interfere with the "rules" of the fight, but her presence makes the shadows longer and the silence deeper. She is an extra protagonist in a story that wasn't written for her, a primordial Nightmare observing a mortal's comedy.

\### A Moment at the Fire

As I sit by a Site of Grace, rubbing my sore feet and staring at the glowing embers, Alice drifts down. She doesn't rest. She doesn't need the Grace. She looks toward the Erdtree, that massive golden parasite, and her expression is one of ancient, bored recognition.

\> "You're a strange one, little Tarnished," her presence seems to hum, though her lips might not move. "In a world of gold and stagnant laws, you're the only thing that smells like the Void."

\>

I don't know why she follows me. Maybe I'm her entertainment. Maybe, in a world where everything is destined to die and be reborn, she’s looking for the one spark of chaos that can actually break the cycle. I just tighten my belt, grab my shield, and head toward Stormveil.

She's already at the gates, waiting, her eyes glowing with the light of a sun that died before time began.

(Four wall - moment) the whole ground everywhere was color now everything turned dark it's like the dark clouds disappeared overhead but it wasn't the cloud it was just a big shadow of a rain cloud this to honestly this was one of the times I played the game where a big rain cloud came out I know I'm talking to you through the book and stuff who created about the full but honestly I like that part where you did one time what the other ring period and then it started raining at that right time it was funny it wasn't , my fourth woman but hey everyone like this random stuff) , as she just sitting there figuring out how to understand which way to read the map because the miss-confusing from down ground so it's easy to just to keep walking that's the easy way to do if she doesn't want to walk to give right you can flies you get the whatever she want no one knows how she does it because no one realized there's a real goddess and the game it goddess wonderland of chaos , and she thinks herself fine I love this either fly or teleport just blind teleportation might be fun as long as we don't in-depth telly pulling into a tree or a toilet with teleport into a tree or toilet we're gonna get covered in shit organ it hurt ourselves.

The rain in Limgrave doesn't just fall; it weeps. It coats my rusted, oversized plate armor in a slick sheen, making every step toward Stormveil feel like I’m dragging the weight of the entire Erdtree behind me. I’m a "chunky" Tarnished, as some might say—a warrior of broad girth and stubborn will—and the mud is currently my greatest enemy.

But then there’s \*\*Alice\*\*.

She’s sitting on the edge of a jagged rock formation that should be impossible to scale in this downpour. One moment the sky was just gray; the next, a shadow so vast and absolute swallowed the light that I thought an Elder God had blinked. It wasn't a cloud. It was just \*her\* essence, bleeding into the game’s code like ink in a glass of water.

\### The View from the Mud

From my perspective, the world is a series of death traps. I see a soldier with a brass shield, and I have to calculate my stamina, my swing, and my inevitable tumble into the dirt. But Alice? She looks at the map of the Lands Between and tilts her head like she’s trying to decipher a toddler’s crayon drawing.

\> "Why do you follow the golden lines?" she asks, her voice a vibration in the marrow of my bones. "They only lead to a house of sticks and a tired god."

\>

I don't answer. I’m too busy trying not to slip. I watch her decide how to move next. She doesn't "travel"—she exists where she wants to be.

\### The Chaotic Commute

\* \*\*The Teleportation Risk:\*\* She considers blinking forward to the castle gates. I see her flicker—a glitching silhouette of cosmic violet and nightmare black.

\* \*\*The Near-Miss:\*\* For a split second, she almost merges with a gnarled rowa fruit bush. I let out a wheezing laugh. "Watch it, Goddess. Teleport into a tree and you’ll be picking splinters out of your divinity for a century. Or worse... teleport over the latrines in the soldier camp, and you’ll find a chaos even you can't handle."

\* \*\*The Flight:\*\* She rolls her eyes—a gesture older than the stars—and simply rises. No wings, no magic circles. She just unmoors herself from the earth and zips forward, a streak of darkness against the rain.

\### The Unseen Goddess

We pass a caravan pulled by two massive, groaning giants. They don't see her. They don't feel the way the air curdles around her. One of the giants let out a low moan, sensing a chill that shouldn't be there in the damp heat of the storm.

I’m the only one who sees her stop mid-air to poke at a dragonfly, her finger passing right through it as if the insect were a hologram. To her, this reality is thin. To me, it’s a wall I’m currently hitting my head against.

\### At the Gates of Stormveil

By the time I reach the long bridge, panting and covered in a mixture of rainwater and horse-manure from a stray noble's path, she’s already there. She’s lounging on the head of a stone statue that’s supposed to be intimidating.

"You're slow," she observes.

"I'm physical," I grunt, leaning on my club. "Some of us have to deal with collision physics, Alice."

She laughs, and for a second, the rain stops mid-air, suspended in perfect glass spheres before crashing down all at once. She doesn't care about the Great Runes or the Elden Throne. She’s just here for the show—and apparently, I’m the lead comedian in this tragedy.

"Well," she says, her eyes glowing with that pre-void hunger as she looks at the Margit's fog gate. "Go on then, little Tarnished. Let’s see if you break the world, or if the world breaks you. I’m betting on the chaos."

Goddess of chaos , Nightmare Alice aka Alice Romanov. And she was a primordial , in Elder Ring , first.
