FFAI: A Whole Scam Company Will Die Very Quickly (...if they don't execute the FF'ing reverse split, you CRAZY BASTARDS!!)
FFAI is running out of cash. Per the FY2025 10-K (filed March 31, 2026), they have ~$45M left and burn ~$9M/month ..that's a May/June exhaustion date.
A ~$49.5M SPA tranche is sitting there committed, but it's locked behind a closing condition requiring the stock above $1.00. The stock is at $0.25
So they need a reverse split. But they have no current stockholder authorization and that takes ~6 weeks from filing. And the ratio is mathematically capped by the Nasdaq's 250:1 cumulative two-year rule which limits any new split to a maximum 1-for-6. At $0.25, that gets you to $1.50. Barely enough buffer before the conversion machine eats it back down.
They could wait until August 16 when the Aug 2024 split ages off the two-year window. The 250:1 resets. A 1-for-20 takes $0.25 to $5.00 ..a real buffer. Strategically the right move.
But there's also the Nasdaq 10 cents rule: a close at or below $0.10 triggers immediate delisting.
That's the trap: the rules incentivize waiting until August when the ratio headroom expands dramatically. The cash says they can't wait and so does the real possibility of dropping to $0.10. They are being pinched from both sides on a timeline measured in weeks.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
