Mail not being delivered

anyone else having problems with their mail not being delivered? I filed a complaint today because it’s been a week with no mail, but getting mail in informed delivery and getting a email saying it’s been delivered I go to my big mail box and nothing has been delivered, I was supposed to receive something important to me last Wednesday and it hasn’t been delivered at all
