Is it possible that oral estetrol (15 mg) is making me super sleepy, dizzy and giving me low blood pressure and fainting spells?

I was on Slynd for 4 months and adapted to it but I didn’t see improvements in my biggest issues which were PMDD and menstrual migraines (they actually got worse because of the natural estradiol fluctuations Slynd allows) so my doctors switched to Nextstellis without breaks. Almost the same formula: from drospirenone 4 mg to drospirenone 3 mg + estetrol 15 mg. I’ve been on it for almost a week. Since then I’m having dizziness (like my head is spinning), feeling faint, low blood pressure, sleepiness, nausea. I thought it was drospirenone that would cause that because it’s diuretic (happened on Slynd in the beginning), not estetrol and that estetrol actually had the potential of making my BP a little higher because it’s an oral estrogen? I feel sick.
