Can I change my part of the world option later? champions

So I got into the Pokémon Champions Software and it’s asking me which section of a country I currently reside However the complication arises because of the fact I’m planning on moving another country quite soon and do not want to lose access to anything such as my account or mons themselves

So can I change my country of residence later after the move?

Or perhaps is it just not mattering which part of a continent I pick?
