Smoke

I want to burn incense more but I’m so paranoid that the smoke is going to harm me. That was probably an odd way to phrase it but I don’t smoke cigarettes and I don’t vape and I’m scared that having incense will be of similar damage to my lungs. I always burn with a window open but I’m still nervous
