Scared and worried

Hi, I’m a 32 year old female and I’m in the process of most likely being diagnosed with POTS. My symptoms seemed to come around after I had Mono for months and then recently I had a respiratory virus and the high heart rate when standing and walking started back up again. When hydrated I’m able to do things I’m just fatigued and don’t feel the greatest.

Before all this I used to ride my electric bike every day, was pretty active, I just graduated from my Unit clerk program and was looking for a admitting job… And now I’m terrified I won’t have a quality of life at all.
