New to Reta (but not GLPs)

Hi there I have been on Reta 1mg for one week and all it did was make me nauseous. My appetite has not changed at all. Any suggestions. I am familiar with GLPs I was on ozempic 2 years ago and know this is not how they are supposed to feel. I should definitely feel less hungry. SOS should I increase my dose? or has this happened to anyone else and did you go back to a different GLP?
