Charging app

I have Tesla solar with batteries, and a non-Tesla EV. I don't think I need true "solar charging" control to capture most of the "cheap" energy we send back to the grid. Our solar output is very predictable (sunny most days), so don't need the micromanaging.

I just need an EVSE that allows me to schedule charging time AND adjust charging amps easily in the app.

In an IDEAL world, I'd be able to set a schedule for time and amps (for example charge at 16A from 6-9a and 32A from 9a-2p, etc).

What EVSE (or ECSE plus app or home automation) can do that?
