Make sure to follow these things, and ur id maybe be banned again:-

1. Dont spam by commenting into lots of post or Dming lots of people just after creating the id.
2. Do not try to update bio, upload profile pic or any kind of post, just after creating ur id. Let the id settle down first.
3. Let ur id settle down after creating it, leave it for 2-3 days untouched or having minimal use, so that it doesnot looks like a spam id.
4. Try avoiding commenting abusive or unethical things even in kinkiest subs.
5. And try making id through web browser and using it too within browser itself instead of app, if u have ever got banned. If u want to use app then prefer a complete new device.
