NL effective rate 10.8%?

Hi,

I'm forced to use Maxxia through my work place.. and I tried to negotiate as much as I can to reduce the effective rate to 10.8% and just submitted the application.

But I just found out that there's a thing called self managed NL? Can I cancel my application at this stage to move to self managed?
