Got a odd question on my conure's fear. Is it normal or him?

is it just my conure? I show him anything orange or blue thats a box or sphere, he just freaks out. I can lift a giant brown box over my head, hes totally cool with it. I carry a small orange box low, absolutely not! same with blue boxes or spheres, can do anything but if its blue or orange its a no go!
