I really dont like my current employer. She never listens to me, always interrupts me and accuses me of stuff i didnt do while talking with a volume thats not perceivable by human ears. I told her multiple times to please speak up because i cannot hear you but she doesnt listen to this either So I tell myself “okay im changing providers” and look at here for recommendations and truth hits me that none of the providers are actually doing their job right. So im in this weird echo chamber stuck in “wherever i should change my provider and hope for a better one” or “stick with this one bc the next might be worse” I really hate this system they put us in
