I hear a lot about "single payer" but I have questions

Background: Your 401k value most likely depends on the market value of a major health risk financing (insurance) and administration company. Maybe yours doesn't. But lots of retirement funds do. This is trillions.

Question: How do you plan to replenish the retirement portfolios that have significant stakes in health care risk financing (insurance)?

Do you think that you will be able to get everything (medical, pharmacy, emergency, maternity, mental health, etc) covered without these pesky deductibles and greedy gatekeepers?

Who decides what is covered?

Can you appeal them?

Can you sue them for damages?

How will you prevent overutilization?

Would you prefer being able to choose among competing administrators of your Healthcare, or would you prefer that part to feel like the DMV?

Background: The volume guarantees that come from insurance contracts are a major reason for network agreements. This provides the capital needed for real research. Our expensive care subsidizes world healthcare research.

Question: How can we replace this organic innovation feedback loop?
