Help with beginning the Lord of Hatred campaign

Hello, I'm not very new to Diablo, played Diablo 3 before Diablo 4 and was good, though I'm having some trouble with Diablo 4's new DLC Lord of Hatred. I've tried restarting my game, creating new characters, and tried making seasonal ones, all with zero success. I have the correct difficulty, the correct requirements, yet it just will not load. Any tips that'll help?
