just hypermobility? similar symptoms?

Need Help

hey guys,

so i was wondering if anyone else who was diagnosed with hypermobility and also had other related issues/diagnoses with similar symptoms to me because i've been struggling lately and don't know what to ask my doctors/how to help myself.

im a 19 year old college freshman at ucsd, and this is my third quarter. at the beginning, i was fine with walking all around campus, but now i heavily rely on the shuttles, as i get easily fatigued while walking, stairs are the worst. i've been active through high school, doing wrestling and swimming, and now i do dragon boat (20-person boats, paddling), so i'm pretty active. lately, it's been getting harder and harder to walk, mostly just with my legs giving out, but after yesterday, i think i'm having some sort of flare up, feeling much weaker and now walking hurts a lot. yesterday, i spent a few hours standing in the sun flyering, and i was walking around campus, it was a pretty hot day. I ended up walking just over 6 miles according to my watch, and over 10,000 steps, about half a year to a year ago this wouldn't have been much of an issue for me. now, i can hardly stand for even a couple minutes, and I have to really focus on walking especially to not hyperextend my legs. (this is even consistently taking prescribed tylenol, ibuprofen, and gabapentin (new-ish med, can't tell if it's working))

i'm just looking for if anyone has had similar symptoms and what they have done to help. my doctor is usually really supportive, but she's always a few weeks booked out and I never know what to ask her. she also says i could have hEDS but "that it might not matter and other doctors wouldn't want to see you". my pain tolerance is also really high and its hard to tell what's normal atp.

thank you and i'm open to any more questions
