KR had factor rerolls during Climax—why is Global timing so different?

Discussion

I was digging through KR sources and found this update post from June 2023:
https://www.inven.co.kr/board/uma/5848/506

What stood out to me is the timing.

This was added alongside Climax/Trackblazer-era content on that server.

Meanwhile on Global:

  • runs are ~1 hour long
  • Champions Meetings are more frequent
  • no rerolls or faster skip yet

Global may not receive factor rerolling until an entire scenario later (~3 months from now):

It’s also not like Global has been strictly locked to original timing. The 11/11 balance patch showed they’re willing to move changes earlier when they want to:

What I’m trying to understand is:

What’s the benefit of delaying these QoL features under Global’s current pacing?

Right now it feels like:

  • fewer chances to build aces between events
  • high variance on long runs
  • and no way to recover bad factor outcomes

So the EV of a run, especially for parent farming, feels really low.

It can end up being hours of effort with no usable result.

Does anyone else feel like the QoL and the pace of the accelerated schedule match up? Is it satisfying to farm parents in TB right now?

Am I missing something?
