HELP! Need a skip feature

I am not an experienced gamer and I am stuck after 40 hours. I either need to quit the game or need a skip feature where I can just skip to the next mission.

The game is very fun but I am struggling with dealing with a boss every hour.

I tried collecting better weapons and saving food but the food doesn't heal you quick enough when you are tortured on the ground. The controls are not that easy to use.

I have watched professional gamers struggle and I see them cut way more in their videos than they used to.

Either have difficulty levels or let me skip. Let me know if there is another option I am missing. And please stop with saving food and soup. This won't help.
