The Echo Knight should not be a boss in the pestilence rotation

Seriously. Why? This dude is ridiculous. I can't beat the crucible consistently because of him, so I go to pestilences to farm better gear and you're going to just fucking spawn him anyway? He isn't even balanced for half of the arenas you place him in and constantly is getting stuck on geometry making him EVEN HARDER to predict. Total bullshit.
