Hagakure knew she had the perfect opportunity to show what she could do.

It was a one on one fight between her and Midoriya, who was slowly walking through the training grounds. All she had to do was rush him, using her new chain flash attack, and take him out while he was trying to clear his vision.

She let out a war cry, sprinting toward him, holding her hands up as she shot off a barrage of blinding flashes from her palms. She’d used the attack on Ojiro, and it left him near blind, and open for attack.

Izuku moved so fast she didn’t see his cane until she felt it slam into her temple.

She was out like a snuffed candle before she even hit the ground.

Later, as she sat with her classmates, her head bandaged and watching two other students battling it out, she felt Ashido looking at her.

“…you forgot he was blind?”

“I forgot he was blind.” Toru sighed.

She looked over, Izuku standing a short ways off, chatting with one of their other classmates, his face no longer covered, making his milky white eyes more obvious as he held his red and white cane, rather than the flexisteel one he used for combat.
